We are not sure what is considered to be natural ingredient and what is not. So we just go ahead and get the ingredients from nature, like those you normally buy from farmer's market like beans and vegetables

We rely heavily on farmers in Ontario and the rest of Canada. You will taste the wheat flour from Saskatchewan, beans from Alberta, chickens raised in Ontario and many more
